As Vince approached the end of his 27-year Law Enforcement career, he was contacted by Anthony and asked if he would consider joining his Insurance Team. Knowing he wanted to continue to help the public and his fellow 1st responders, Vince committed to becoming a Steele Insurance Agent. Over the past three years, Vince has continued to hone his insurance skills and stay connected to his law enforcement roots. Vince's passion for helping officers and their families continues as he still teaches at the Police Academy. Vince's approach to insurance is coverage first, price second. Vince believes people need to be frugal with their insurance dollars, but not cheap! It's about getting the right coverage for the right price. This approach allows Vince the ability not just to provide insurance but to use insurance for what it's for, asset protection.  As an avid Waterfowl hunter and firearms owner, Vince understands the need to protect all your assets.

 Anthony was offered a position as an Insurance Broker by the Steele Insurance Agency in 2017 following a career in Law Enforcement. Anthony retired from his position as a Police Officer after nearly a decade of service during which time he earned specialized assignments such as Field Training Officer and Defensive Tactics Instructor. Anthony's passion and hobbies include hotrods, motorcycles, and anything with wheels. Prior to his service as an officer, Anthony spent a decade as a race mechanic at Sears Point Raceway (currently Sonoma Raceway). Anthony has vast experience in automobiles and public protection.  It is no wonder he has successfully found his passion in the insurance industry by protecting people’s families, assets, and the vehicles they love. 

Gregg is a current Law Enforcement officer and has been since 2007. He was offered a position as an Insurance Broker by the Steele Insurance Agency in 2020. Gregg has worked as a field training officer, academy instructor, firearms instructor, SWAT, and  detective in the robbery/homicide unit. He approaches insurance with the same commitment he implemented during his accomplished law enforcement career. As a family man Gregg understands the importance of planning for the future. He will help you make sure that you and your family have the proper coverage to fit your lifestyle.
